th:ink munny

This was something I did for a diversion while spending so much time of day working at a computer, I decided to dust off the Munny that has been sat upon my bookshelf for the past two years and take a sharpie to it. I love tattoo art and so used that as my inspiration. I originally wanted to use only old school tattoos but that idea fell to the wayside quite quickly, and then went free form.

I am really happy with this and once my confidence of just drawing straight on to the vinyl increased the better the drawing got. Next time i will prime it first, a word of warning to all who attempts this for the first time, the sharpie ink leaches into the vinyl, turning it slightly blue.

What will i do next? Hmmm.
